"The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in."
Welcome to West Side Yoga.
We practice Iyengar Yoga. It is a tradition that emphasizes correct alignment and unwavering attention when practicing yoga, making it the most refined methodology of modern yoga practiced today. It's practice transforms the individual from within, fostering firmness and flexibility, mental poise and a new sense of well-being. Achieving meditation-in-action, the practitioner learns to live fully in the present moment.
Located in Saint Paul's West Side neighborhood, minutes from downtown, West Side Yoga is your place for learning the discipline of yoga from trained instructors with decades of experience. In addition to yoga asana classes, there are opportunities for personal and group practice, workshops, philosophical study and social events. Classes are progressive enabling you to develop over time from being a raw beginner to a mature practitioner of yoga. We are dedicated to helping each and every student discover a practice that is transformative and enlightening.
