We offer more than 50 classes every week, and all levels are welcome in every class! We provide options in every class, to help you turn up the heat, or restore as needed. It's all good to us, as long as you challenge yourself and follow your bliss!

BASICS classes are a small group yoga lesson, focused on the fundamentals of yoga. Class includes a great workout, with a focus on breathing techniques, pose alignment, and meditation. This class is similar to ENERGIZE, but with more alignment guidance. Class ends with a blissful meditation. You will leave feeling stronger, with a better understanding of the art and science of yoga. Excellent for beginners, and a great refresher for experienced students. (60 minutes)
BURN classes are a fitness-focused power yoga practice, that bring the body back into balance with strength-building postures, breath work, and a closing meditation. This class is held community-style, with students lifting each other up with positive energy and commitment to breathing fully throughout the class. Class ends with a blissful silent meditation. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Beginners welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)
ENERGIZE classes are a community-style practice, with the intention of balancing prana (energy) in the body with an invigorating flow. Class includes breathing and gazing techniques strengthen your body and mind, and ends with a blissful meditation. You will renew your energy. You will have fun getting fit. Beginners are welcome, and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)
FLEX classes are community-style classes that are excellent for athletes, and anyone who wants to increase their flexibility. This style of yoga is half flowing movement for warm up (think ENERGIZE), followed by longer holds in seated and supine poses, with a focus on increasing flexibility. Students should see improved flexibility within 5-10 classes. Similar to RESTORE, but with more focus on hips and hamstring stretches. Class ends with a blissful meditation. (60 minutes)
FLOW classes are our most popular class! These community-style classes bring the body back into balance with mindful vinyasa flow, yin stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation. You will leave this class feeling balanced and at peace. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)
RESTORE classes relax the mind, body and spirit with a light vinyasa flow, restorative postures, and a nice long mediation at the end of class. Class ends with a nice long meditation. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. Similar to FLEX but with more focus on restorative postures. (60 minutes)
STRONG classes build strength in the body, mind, and spirit with longer holds, and challenging sequences. This class is excellent for those who want to build muscle and/or lose weight. Class ends with a blissful meditation. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. Similar to BURN, but with more focus on advanced postures. Modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)
TEEN classes are welcoming, all levels classes, aimed towards creating balance in the mind, body and spirit of students ages 13-18. A playful approach to movement, breath and stretching is used to help our teens learn how to use the system of yoga to balance their mind and energy. With regular practice, teens will learn lifelong stress management habits for use in every aspect of life. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students.
