We offer more than 50 classes every week, and all levels are welcome in every class! Classes are heated to 84 degrees, and every class ends with silent mediation. We offer options in every class, to help you turn up the heat, or restore as needed. It's all good to us, as long as you challenge yourself and follow your bliss!

BASICS classes are a great place to start, if you are new to yoga! They are also excellent for those who have practiced for a while, and might want a few more alignment cues and adjustments. Foundational poses are taught with a focus on how to safely grow within the practice. Universal alignment principles are emphasized, and students are encouraged to approach the practice systematically. You will leave class with a better understanding of the art and science of yoga. (60 minutes)

BURN classes are fitness-focused power yoga classes that bring the body back into balance with strength-building postures, breath work and a closing meditation. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Beginners welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes) 

ENERGIZE classes balance prana (energy) in the body with an invigorating power yoga flow. You will strengthen your body and mind. You will renew your energy. You will have fun getting fit. Expect to leave class feeling renewed. Beginners are welcome, and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)

FLOW classes bring the body back into balance with mindful vinyasa flow, yin stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation. You will leave this class feeling balanced and at peace. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes) 

MASTER classes are for those who are ready to explore advanced options in the practice. These classes are similar to STRONG classes, but include more guidance and adjustments in the poses. Classes begin with warm ups, followed by interactive exploration of the biomechanics of specific postures. (60 minutes)

RESTORE classes relax the mind, body and spirit with a light vinyasa flow, restorative postures, and a nice long mediation at the end of class. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)

STRONG classes build strength in the body, mind, and spirit with longer holds and challenging sequences. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. Beginners are welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)

​YIN classes are excellent for anyone who want to increase flexibility. This style of yoga includes flowing movement for warm up, followed by longer holds in seated and supine poses (3-5 minutes each). (60 minutes)
