Class Descriptions
 
Introductory: An introduction to Iyengar Yoga with an emphasis on the basic standing, seated and restorative poses.  (Offered periodically.)
 
Level 1: Ongoing sessions for those who have taken the beginners course. Continue to build up stamina in the standing poses. Seated forward extensions, spinal twists and inversions are practiced. 
 
Level 2: Ongoing sessions for those with at least 6 months of Iyengar yoga practice. Regular practice of a full range of asanas including inversions and backbends. Basic pranayama (yogic breathing) is learned. 
 
AM & PM Practice: Non-instructional practice led by Michael. For level 2 students. 
 
 
 
 
 
Fees
 
One class per week: $45-$60/month, (sliding scale)
 
Unlimited classes: $85/month
 
Single Class: $15
 
Pranayama: $10
 
Practice Sessions: $5
