Westside Yoga Atlanta is located in Atlanta's Westside neighborhood, near Midtown and Buckhead. We offer the best Atlanta yoga classes, private yoga classes, corporate yoga, and Atlanta Yoga teacher training that meets and exceeds Yoga Alliance standards for RYT 200.

We offer more than 50 classes every week, and all levels are welcome in every class! We provide options in every class, to help you turn up the heat, or restore as needed. It's all good to us, as long as you challenge yourself and follow your bliss!

BURN classes are a fitness-focused power yoga practice, that bring the body back into balance with strength-building postures, breath work, and a closing meditation. The BURN experience is held community-style, with students lifting each other up with positive energy and commitment to breathing fully throughout the class. Class ends with a blissful silent meditation. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and refreshed. Beginners welcome and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes) 

ENERGIZE classes are a community-style practice, with the intention of balancing prana (energy) in the body with an invigorating flow. The ENERGIZE experience includes breathing and gazing techniques strengthen your body and mind, and ends with a blissful meditation. You will renew your energy. You will have fun getting fit. Beginners are welcome, and modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)

FAMILY classes are yoga fun for adults and children ages 6-11! Bring your favorite kids for an inspiring yoga experience that incorporates mindfulness, movement, mantra and breathing techniques for stress management and better health. The format is similar to our FLOW classes, with additional opportunities for families to connect through yogic techniques. 


FLOW classes are our most popular class! These community-style classes bring the body back into balance with mindful vinyasa flow, yin stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation. The FLOW experience is excellent for both beginners and advances practitioners. You will leave this class feeling balanced and at peace. (60 minutes) 


​KIDS classes offer students ages 6-11 an opportunity to explore yoga in a fun and meaningful way! The format of the class is similar to FLOW, incorporating movement, stretching and mindfulness in ways that are accessible to our younger yogis. No prior experience is necessary. Parents are invited to take an ENERGIZE class next door, while their littles practice in the Moon Room. (60 minutes)


RESTORE classes relax the mind, body and spirit with a light vinyasa flow, restorative postures, and a nice long mediation at the end of class. The RESTORE experience transforms the mind with held postures, that foster equanimity in the body. Class ends with a nice long meditation. Excellent for beginners as well as advanced students. (60 minutes)

STRONG classes build strength in the body, mind, and spirit with longer holds, and challenging sequences. The STRONG experience is excellent for those who want to build muscle and/or lose weight. Class ends with a blissful meditation. Expect to leave class feeling empowered and happy. Similar to BURN, but with more focus on advanced postures. Modifications are offered for every level. (60 minutes)
